30 Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- The 30 day return period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
- This policy applies to orders worldwide.
- Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping charges (if any were applied at checkout) are non refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must:

Order Cancellations
Cancellation Within 12 Hours
Full Refund Window
Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Cancellation After 12 Hours (Before Dispatch)
If a cancellation request is made:
- More than 12 hours after placing the order,
- And before the order has been dispatched,
We will refund 97 percent of the total payment.
A 3 percent restocking and processing fee will be deducted and is non refundable.
This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs already incurred.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched:
- It can no longer be cancelled.
- The customer must follow the standard 30 day return procedure.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Non Returnable Situations
We may refuse returns in cases including but not limited to:
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items not in original condition
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable.
